Your Future Plans

2. Thrive as part of a multi-disciplinary team of technical specialists supporting all stages of the offshore wind farms within the RWE Renewables' portfolio
   
3. Lead the design of new and novel foundation structures for offshore wind turbines, during the origination and development phases of a project
   
4. Manage the structural engineering activities during the pre-FEED, FEED/Basic, and Detailed Design stages of an offshore wind project, and then continue supporting the project on into fabrication and construction
   
5. Support Offshore Operations in driving the implementation of our fleet-wide asset integrity strategy for Offshore foundations
   
6. Mentor and develop the junior and associate colleagues within the team and across the wider business
   
7. Provide technical support to Procurement, Quality, and HSSE departments
   
8. Represent RWE as a technical expert on groundbreaking joint industry and research projects
   

Your Profile

Educated to degree level in civil or structural engineering, or equivalent experience

Project management experience in the offshore industry from either design, construction, or operations

At least 5 years of experience in offshore structural engineering – preferably with both:
monopiles and jacket fixed foundations, and/or floating foundation concepts

Proven experience supporting renewable construction projects

Willingness to travel

Good communicator and excellent team player

Fluent spoken and written English

Desirable skills:
Member of a professional engineering body
