Serialization Process Specialist

You will be part of a serialization team consisting of both professionals and experienced consultants and become the driver of our global serialization strategy and activities by supporting our daily packaging operations and our global supply chain.

As a Serialisation Process Specialist, you will design and set the direction for the serialization &
aggregation strategy inBavarian Nordic. You will become a role model throughout the organization and be recognized as an expert within the field of expertise.

Your main tasks will be

• Driving serialization projects and report to management on status and progress
• Ensuring updates related to changes in cGMP and Serialization requirements are timely and effectively implemented
• Handling deviations and implementation of changes related to our serialization processes and procedures
• Testing and validating new partners and production sites

About the department
You will become part of a small team that has a global impact on the organization due to core responsibilities with serialization, packaging processes, and artwork. We interact with many important stakeholders daily to ensure progress on projects and timely deliveries of products to our customers. The team is located in Kvistgaard, Denmark, but some of the work tasks can be performed remotely.

You will be reporting to the Manager for the Artwork, Serialization, and Packaging team.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications

• An academic degree in digitalization, pharmaceutical products, IT, or engineering
• Minimum 5-8 years of work experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within project management, serialization &
  packaging operations
• Experience with building end-to-end serialization solutions for the pharma industry
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements for serialization &
  aggregation
• Project Management experience with onboarding production sites and external partners to exchange serialization data and events
• Proficient in oral and written English
