areas of responsibility
The Service manager is driven by achieving the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, which in turn shall lead to sustainable profitable growth. Efficiency of the operations shall be assured by the creation of an effective service organization and by the implementation of lean and agile processes. The strategic requirements of all pillars shall be translated into an achievable business plan with firm goals, objectives and measurements in line with the local market conditions.

You will be responsible for implementing a sales support function for the administration of spare parts, including warranty and claim management, tech helpdesk and training of field staff/tech staff and training center.

Furthermore, your main tasks will be:

- Ensuring optimal and efficient territory coverage by highlighting the equipment population determining the resulting business potential
- Managing the relationship with the indirect sales channel (i.E. authorized distributors and resellers) ensuring that a business development plan is in place
- Leading and motivating the service team and ensuring individual professional growth
- Ensuring that each service product is given its best possible chance in the market
- Managing processes and policies in line with the divisional strategy
- Setting up and adapting organizational structures on a local level to support the customers’ needs

what describes the ideal candidate?
Your skills:
- Possess an education at Master’s level and a technical education
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ management experience in a multinational technical engineering/service industry company
- Experience in servicing and sales of mechanical and thermodynamic systems
- Leadership experience
- Project management skills

- Strong communication skills and fluent in Danish and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Independent and proactive person
- Structure and organize your work well
