Your Role:

As a Senior Embedded Software Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our software engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership. You'll oversee the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and documentation within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the technical lead and motivate a team of embedded software engineers
• Drive agile activities and ensure seamless collaboration across the organization
• Develop advanced Satcom systems for aircraft by taking an active part of the development activities
• Integrate technology with hardware and software components, focusing on functionality, safety, and security
• Work in a regulated environment, ensuring adherence to high-quality processes and documentation
• Provide technical support to our customers

Your Qualifications:

• Master's or BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, including project coordination experience
• Advocate for good software development practices
• Develop technical solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and independent work approach
• Strong analytical skills with experience in embedded platform development using C and/or C++
• Proficiency in data communication and network protocol
