We are seeking amotivated and experienced commercial manager with a strategic consultantskillset to join our Sales &
Channel Management teamwithin the Commercialdepartment in YouSee.
In the position of SeniorCommercial Manager, with a focus on strategic initiatives, you will beinstrumental in guiding the medium to long-term commercial strategy for ourSales &
Channel Management team. Your primary responsibility will be tospearhead strategic initiatives that are essential to our continuous growth andstature as a prominent digital service provider in Denmark. Throughout thisprocess, you'll collaborate closely with various corporate teams to develop andimplement initiatives and projects that support growth and enable us to achieveour sales targets.
Your ability toanticipate strategic challenges, understand complex issues, and deviseinnovative solutions will be essential for propelling our organization forwardin a fiercely competitive commercial landscape.

Your responsibilities in short:

  • Cooperate with various team units to design andapply forward-thinking strategies focused on enhancing business scale andreaching designated sales benchmarks
  • Advance and implement channel strategies toenhance market reach and effectiveness while delivering on our overallstrategy of becoming an independent lean digital service provider
  • Develop next-best-offer and next-best-experiencestrategies to optimize sales, customer satisfaction and overallprofitability optimization
  • Manage and improve our forecasting processes toaccurately predict sales trends and inform decision-making

About You:

Your innovative approachand experience in strategic commercial management have consistently yieldedpositive results. Distinguished by your aptitude for breaking down complex scenarios,inventing fresh solutions, and ensuring their completion – that's where youexcel. You shine when conditions are ever-changing, bringing together peoplefrom various departments to accomplish targets.
Your qualificationsinclude (ideal candidate):

  • Hold a master’s degree from a reputableuniversity (i.E., CBS, DTU, KU, or AU).
  • 1-3 years of experience in management consultingor in-house consulting functions. Alternatively, have worked in Telco in abusiness development function or strategy role.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, allowing you tosystematically dissect complex issues and devise creative solutions.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel is essential,enabling you to create compelling presentations and manipulate dataeffectively.
  • Your adaptability and keen insight into changingmarket dynamics enable you to delve into complex topics and identifyemerging trends.
  • Your diplomacy, coupled with a proactive andcan-do mentality, drives continuous improvement and growth within the organization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skillsare crucial, as you will be tasked with crafting clear and persuasivepresentations and engaging effectively with senior management.
