Are you ready to take ownership of operational master data management and drive critical business planning processes? Would you like to work with production optimization and data analysis simultaneously? We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst, apply today!

The position

As our new Supply Chain Analyst, you will in collaboration with the team ensure optimal production, from a time, data, and economic perspective. You will spend part of your day, visiting the process areas in the factory to align on assumptions, and understand the technical justification behind the data provided. You will be responsible for updating the assumption, and prepare analyses to present to your team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Owning the operational master data management such as:
master data creation in the relevant systems or synchronization of SAP and OMP master data.
- Collaborate with production, finance, purchasing, logistics and sales &
operations to ensure timely update of critical master data for optimal business planning
- Ensuring high data quality in the data-carrying systems and continuous optimization of data quality.
- Supporting to build the data backbone of the company to ensure future growth.
- Prepare production budgets and do month-end reporting on key production economic measurements such as yield, Bill of material and unit cost.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

- A Master’s degree in Data Science, Supply chain, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in master data management preferably from the pharma industry, and in tools such as SAP or OMP.
- You understand demand, supply, distribution, and replenishment planning and possess good knowledge of relational databases and data quality.
- You have a strong logical, structured, and analytical approach to problem solving and derive business actions from data.
- Experience in stakeholder management in large organisations and you are motivated by establishing something new, where there will be many learnings.
- Proficiency in English.

About the department

You will be part of M1 Business Support, which is located in Kalundborg, Denmark. It’s a department consisting of 50 engaged employees across three teams. The department supports the M1 factories’ 7 production departments.

Business Support’s area of responsibilities is broad, and covers for instance finance, procurement, supply chain, training, and planning.
