Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the end-to-end supply chain for biologics manufacturing, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team responsible for demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of supply chain activities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, resilience, and agility, leveraging data analytics and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;
  advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and success in optimizing supply chain operations, particularly in biologics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, GMP standards, and industry best practices related to biologics supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with ERP systems, advanced analytics tools, and supply chain technologies.
• Fluency in English;
  knowledge of Danish is advantageous but not required.
