Do you instantly connect with people and get energized by sharing your knowledge? Do you want to re-invent TA and build a candidate experience that WOWs? If so, we're on the hunt for YOU to join our team to support our Nordic countries – Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the UK. We are looking for someone who speak English and who preferable sits with the team in Copenhagen/Greve.

What you will do
You will support our hiring managers during their recruitments but also train and help them refine their recruitment toolbox, ensuring that we consistently make the best possible hiring decisions. But that's not all – you'll also have the chance to unleash your creativity and develop innovative tools and initiatives that boost the candidate's experience and make our hiring processes even more fun and effective. In other words you will:

  • Partner up with hiring managers and spar on job description, process, system support, sourcing strategy and tools needed for the specific recruitment.
  • Create job post listings on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marcom on Employer branding strategies.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
  • Develop and implement modern talent attraction strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop, plan and facilitate training of hiring managers.
  • Enhance the overall experience for both candidates and managers.

What we're looking for
As a Talent Attraction Partner supporting several locations across 5 countries, we need someone who's both organized and detail-oriented with great time management skills. But we also want someone who knows how to build fantastic relationships with everyone they work with – that's the key to success here!

Whether you're just starting out in your Recruiter/HR/People career, come from a completely different field or you're a seasoned pro, we're looking for someone with a passion for building and developing things while creating a top-notch candidate experience. If you’re a confident presenter and facilitator who can inspire our hiring managers, this job is for you. Excellent skills in written and spoken English is essential, efficiency in Nordic languages is just a plus.

We're not interested in copying what everyone else is doing – we want someone who's creative and loves to come up with fun and unique solutions.
