Are you a motivated individual ready to be a key driver in ensuring an effective ECM process in our organisation? Are you eager to join us in our journey to accelerate the global energy transition? Then this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for a Technical ECM Supporter to join our team.
Your key responsibilities
As Technical ECM Supporter, your primary responsibility is to manage and process incoming product change requests. The ECM process is newly introduced within our organisation, and you will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation of the process. You will be providing technical and administrative support to Program Managers and Architects. To ensure efficient support, you will actively gather and distribute feedback and learnings from Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).

Your main tasks and deliveries will include:

  • Validate Change Requests and drive Impact Analysis to ensure classification of the ECRs.
  • Co-facilitate Request Board meetings with Program Manager and assist the Architect in maintaining the ECR backlog.
  • Create ECOs and establish their connection to ECRs.
  • Plan, invite and conduct "
    ECO Review"
    meetings.
  • Finalise ECOs/ECRs upon release and gather/prepare ECM performance metrics for analysis and reporting.

Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing the competency, efficiency, and overall performance of our ECM process. Success in this role relies on your capability to assess the impact of changes on release schedules and strategically plan ECOs accordingly.

Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with a BSc within Engineering, Production Planning, or similar. You have an all-round technical understanding and the ability to identify and engage technical specialists for additional support. You come from a similar position, project management or planning, and you thrive in the cross-functional collaboration within engineering, production, sourcing, sales and service.

On a personal level you are an enthusiastic individual with an analytical mind-set. You are a team-player and an effective communicator and facilitator. The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, where ongoing changes and priorities are common is crucial.
