The Role

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the leadership of complex cross-functional projects related to Getinge’s own sold products to customers You will manage and secure successful execution of turn-key projects in hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry.

The Project Manager is also responsible for driving all phases of the project, from initiation to project close as well as escalating issues or concerns in a timely matter as needed to ensure success. In these phases, the Project Manager is required to develop project timelines and budget estimates, assemble required project teams, track the schedule, cost and deliverables, and maintain effective communication throughout the project.

The role includes:

Manage several projects simultaneously within Getinge standardized methods and tools. Perform and monitor FAT and SAT with protocols and conclusion meetings with customer and manufacturers. Lead cross-functional teams in managing and executing projects. Develop all project-related deliverables, including project plan, work breakdown structure, schedule, budget and reports. Ensure deliverables within the project time plan and budget. Follow internal procedures and ensuring being compliant. Be part of the development of the Nordic project department and the tools used.

The position is based at Getinge’s office in Skovlunde and reports to General Manager Service position involves some travel.

Is this you?

To be successful in this position you have previous experience from working in a similar position as a technical project manager leading external larger installation projects. You have been responsible for and ensured progress, both linked to finance, timeline and customer dialogue, preferably in an international environment. It is meritorious if you have a background in life sciences or related industry and knowledge in MDR/FDA/GAMP guidelines and SAT and FAT within project management.

You have a Bachelor/ master’s degree in (technical) Business Administration, Biotechnology or Mechanical Engineering or comparable. Driver’s license and excellent knowledge in Danish and English is mandatory.
