At KMD CCM (Customer Communication Management) we help our customers improve, simplify, automate, and manage communication and digital experiences for their customers. We do this through consultancy, software-based solutions and platform technology – across channels, digital and physical. The solutions are adapted to the individual customer's needs for help with design, workflows, and production of communication to customers and citizens. This is within a large number of public and private companies.

You will be a part our KMD CCM application support team based in KMD Ballerup with 15 members.

Your primary tasks:

Windows server application support

  • Operational monitoring of applications.
  • Testing new features/versions of applications
  • Update servers with applications

Application support

  • Participation in the handover from the development team
  • Preparation of monthly statistics of use of the application
  • Update documentation
  • Azure Application maintenance tasks

User support

  • Support incoming inquiries from customers via mail or Service Now
  • User administration of customers in the administration portal
  • Troubleshooting error messages from customers
  • Start-up help for 3rd party suppliers using web service.

Qualifications:

  • Windows Server administration experience
  • Knowledge of the ITSM processes / ServiceNow / ITIL4
  • Power Shell experience
  • Basic network knowledge TCP/IP, DNS and firewalls
  • User support experience
