About the role
We are looking for new colleagues with agile &
innovation process experience with a human centered approach to solving challenges to join our Manufacturing IT team. As a team we work with consultancy, design, implementation, support, and validation of IT solutions for some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Our focus is Manufacturing Execution System (MES), IT infrastructure, System integration, IOT and Software Engineering as well as custom-made IT solutions needed in a pharma/biotech facility. In our daily life, we deliver turn-key IT solutions through complex projects and act as individual consultants or advisors within our focus areas.

Currently we are launching several large projects, as part of Novo Nordisk investments in their manufacturing site in Kalundborg. These projects will include state-of-the-art production technologies bridged with Novo Nordisk’s more than 50 years of experience in biomanufacturing. Your role will be key in having an overview of the innovation projects, ensuring that projects are executed in a uniform manner.

How you might spend your days
As an Engineer in the Manufacturing IT department, you’ll be:

• Aligning expectations with various project stakeholders.
  
• Overseeing product owners &
  ensuring a streamlined project execution process.
  
• Part of driving and implementing key innovation projects to support the ongoing projects.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Experience with and certified in Agile 6.0.
  
• +4 years of experience working with agile processes.
