THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a talented Fundraising Coordinator to join our Commercial Team. We will soon be seeking funding to take Hyme past our final technical demonstration and to commercial stage. As an individual possessing robust stakeholder management and communication abilities, or perhaps as a seasoned professional in venture capital, corporate finance and analysis, you will assume a pivotal role in driving our fundraising endeavours forward.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-leading fundraises:
    as part of our fundraising tasks force you will be working closely with our CEO and CCO and other members of the leadership team to support our fundraising efforts.
  • Fundraising strategy:
    analyse and further develop our fundraising strategy.
  • Manage investor relations:
    including maintaining relationships with existing investors.
  • Data management:
    together with our legal team you will manage our data room, including the preparation and updating of investment materials.
  • Fundraising activities:
    coordinate fundraising activities, such as meetings, investor calls and others.
  • Business development:
    support business development team’s strategic decision making by conducting sales and market research.

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Educational foundation:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience:
    you bring at least 2 years of full-time experience in relevant field – whether it’s fundraising, communication and project management, venture capital or similar.
  • Communication skills:
    your written and verbal communication skills are outstanding, and you know how to effectively convey information with PowerPoint.
  • Project management:
    you have theoretical and practical skills in organizational and project management.
  • Finance and investment knowledge:
    you have understanding of financial concepts and investment principles.
  • Stakeholder management:
    you possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
