Reporting to the Head of Commercial Legal, you will work closely with experienced and motivated colleagues across Falck Legal &
Compliance who are committed to contributing to your success and your professional development. You will also work in close collaboration with key stakeholders Falck’s businesses developing robust and commercially viable solutions supporting Falck’s strategy and commercial agendas.

About the job

What you will do:

• Serve as an active key member of Falck Legal &
  Compliance, providing robust legal solutions that add tangible value and enhance our commercial success.
• Forge and nurture close business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to bolster business performance.
• Support our digital journey by leveraging digital solutions and AI in close collaboration with our businesses.
• Advise our businesses on commercial law matters, including contracts, tenders (both public and private) and commercial dispute management and resolution.
• Actively participate in planning, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and coordinating various contracts, tender documents, and standard terms of business.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors to optimize support, ensure excellence, and control costs.

About you The successful candidate will be:

• A proactive and solution-oriented legal professional with a true interest in helping businesses grow.
• Holder of a master’s degree in law, with at least a couple of years of experience.
• A collaborative team player ready to thrive in an international environment and as a member of a high-energy team.
• Have a can-do attitude and a mindset of looking for solutions rather than limitations.
• Have strong attention to detail yet adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Have an interest in building and maintaining close working relationships with stakeholders.
• Have experience in commercial contracts and tender processes and interest sectors like healthcare, consumer, insurance or other regulated businesses.
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, ready to be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen.
