The Role and You
We are looking for an experienced people manager, ready to be the leader of a team consisting of highly skilled Microsoft specialists located both in Copenhagen and Aarhus. This role is ideal for someone who excels in people and team leadership, understands a consultancy business model, and can navigate both corporate environments and customer settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of specialists
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture
• Manage employee assignments in customer settings effectively
• Engage in customer dialogues to understand and meet their needs
• Contribute to commercial discussions with customers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading teams of skilled, business-oriented professionals
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and technologies
• Knowledge of D365 FO and ERP is a plus

About the division
Microsoft Applications and Solutions at NNIT are responsible for running and delivering Solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO and CE/PP platforms. We run the operations and continuous improvement on large FO customers and provide advisory, implementation and operations for CE/PP customers.

Our division comprises three teams:

• Applications Management and Delivery:
  Handling governance
• D365 FO Application and Development:
  Featuring FO consultants, architects, and developers
• D365 CE and Power Platform:
  Including consultants, developers, and architects for D365 CE/PP

We work closely with colleagues in the Philippines and Scales, aiming to integrate our functional areas to benefit our customers and grow our teams over time. Our teams are evenly distributed between our Copenhagen and Aarhus offices.

For the D365FO teams, we are looking for a manager to handle the day-to-day operations, people management, and team leadership.
