The position
As our new (Senior) Finance Partner, you will drive the budget distribution between production sites and financial management at SVP level. This position is global, and you will be involved in driving the finance strategy together with the community from multiple production sites.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Finance partnering with the global network
  • Driving selected financial processes to ensure resource allocation
  • Analysis of data and creation of insights to support management decision making
  • Driving productivity discussions across expanding network
  • Facilitating standardisation agenda across network

You will independently drive several initiatives simultaneously and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels of the organisation, which requires a good overview skill and the ability to execute multiple tasks at the same time.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A MSc Degree within Finance, Business or Accounting or similar
  • At least 4 years of experience in finance controlling and partnering setting e.G. Headquarter finance function, Production finance, Auditing or similar;
    experience with projectmanagement and production accounting will be considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels while driving agendas in an independent fashion
  • Confidence and ability to constructively challenge on all levels of the organisation
  • Full professional proficiency in English

You have a great interest in financial processes and are always looking for opportunities to improve them. You have a sharp eye for details and a structured approach to your work. About the department
IFP Finance, Investment &
Procurement team (FIP) is a part of Business Development &
Support (BD&
S)located in the Bagsværd HQ. We are a team of around 70 people in BD&
S from ~20 countries. IFP FIP team is responsible for driving resource allocation, creating insights and actions based on data. We are a trusted partner to the organisation, focusing on financial excellence, productivity as well as expanding network in the future.

You will join a diverse and high-performing team of 15 colleagues with different business experience levels. We use our different perspectives to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global (IFP) organisation. You will be working in the headquarters with an environment characterised by innovation, openness, and highly engaged colleagues who work dedicated to helping us change lives for the better for patients worldwide.
